  • How to go from "I'm not a dress person" to "I love wearing dresses!"

I recently had someone tell me that they wanted a dress from me but they don't wear dresses and didn’t want to buy something they wouldn’t wear.

That is great! We never ever want you to buy something that you are not going to wear. If it is just going to sit in your closet or crumpled on the floor in a dark corner do not buy it.

I always want you ladies to be aware of what does and doesn’t work for your life and to dress appropriately for who you are and your lifestyle.

Having said that, I also want you to know that if you ever DO want to change the way that you dress, it is completely possible, but first you have to decide that you want to do things differently.

If you want to dress yourself in THE BEST OUTFIT, it helps to be in the best vibe while you’re choosing your look & while you’re getting ready for the day.

These are 3 of my favorite ways to boost your style vibes to help you be in the best mood while you’re getting ready to slay the day!
  • Redefining Mom Style

Even though I’m a mom, I don’t want to dress LIKE A MOM. I know many of you feel that way too. I just recently had a Style Session with someone who specifically mentioned not wanting to look like a mom.

And I felt that. I totally got it. If you’re a mother, I’m sure you do too.

But what does that MEAN? Looking or dressing “like a mom”.  This is what I asked my client. What does that mean to you? If you had to close your eyes and picture someone who is dressed like a mom and describe it to me, what would you say?

  • From Winter Woes to Winter Wows. One Fat Girl's Journey to Finding a Winter Coat.

This is me smiling, happy, WANTING to take a selfie of me in my winter jacket, for the first time ever in my life. I’ve been various levels of overweight for most of my life, and it was always a struggle to find a jacket to get me through New York winters  that was comfortable, had the right fit, and looked cute.
